Refund policy
Opened items are non-returnable. Damaged items must be reported immediately or rejected outright with the carrier. Please if possible do not accept broken or damaged boxes. Otherwise pictures of damaged items will need to be provided.
SolidTech will send instructions on where to return your purchase; you will be given a prompt and courteous refund as soon as we have received your returned items.
Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
